Takayama / Surftech - Noah Ka Oi Comp Model
Description:
This is a refined version of Noah Shimabukuro's other Donald Takayama board that suits more of a competitive type of surfing. A true contest board with a wider nose that brings more stability with nose riding. The lower section to tail is pulled in and runs down to the square tail that gives this board its responsiveness for a more progressive approach. A little extra rocker in the nose and tail give this board the elements for a true high performance nose rider. This board really does work well in a variety of conditions and has been the board of choice for other surfing professionals. Jennifer Smith won the 2007 Women's World Longboarding Championship riding a Noah Comp board.
