The HIHP (Harley Ingleby High Performance) longboard is built for progressive noseriding in quality waves.

This is the surfboard that Ingleby relies on the competition, and it has taken him to multiple world championships but the surfboard is just as good for intermediate surfers looking to improve their performance level.

Whether you are doing aggressive turns off the tail or hanging 10 off the nose, this board is the apex of performance longboarding and intended to be ridden in hollow, chest-high to overhead waves.

The integration of Thunderbolt Technology makes this board lightweight and fast, and targets flex characteristics to make the board livelier and snappier.

Utilizes an EPS closed-cell foam with a T-shaped fiberglass stringer that is placed strategically so the board has flex on the Nose and Twist on the Tail. Flex on the nose for more control when you nose-ride. Twist on the tail for speed and better turning.

Believe it or not, after years of testing and time trails, Thunderbolt Technologies discovered having a tail with twist and flex speeds up the board. That is why so many are surprised the boards are fast enough to handle surfing North Shore.

Surfs like regular fiberglass. No corky funky feeling like the other epoxy surfboards. Slightly lighter than fiberglass, but designed to flex in strategic parts of the surfboard for performance.
