It had been about 5 years since I last visited this restaurant yesterday.
I made a reservation once, but they said it wasn't in their system, so I stopped going there.💦
But I really wanted to eat paella!🥘

Oh, I should have come sooner.
Everything was delicious.
1. Seafood Paella ⭐️
The delicious broth of shrimp and clams really shines through.
The portion size was small, so one star deducted.😔
2. Crostini ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
This was exquisite!! Papaya, prosciutto, and honey were a perfect match. I wanted seconds.
3. Calamari Fritto ⭐️
Fried squid. I always order it everywhere.🤣 It was crispy and the squid was thick.🦑
4. Tortilla ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Spanish omelet. Everyone raved about this one!💕 It was fluffy, like chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)?🤣
5. Peperoncino + Mushrooms
It's hard to find peperoncino in Hawaii. The al dente texture and spiciness were just right.💯
6. Margherita Pizza ⭐️⭐️
Plenty of mozzarella. The crust was thin and delicious.
11. Tiramisu ⭐️⭐️⭐️
My stomach was already about to burst, but I was sure the dessert would be delicious. It met my expectations!💕
12. Basque Cheesecake ⭐️
The sweetness was subtle, or rather, not sweet at all. People on a diet should eat this!😁
The accompanying apple 🍎 was refreshing.

Chef Masa, who always comes to our restaurant, was also there!💕
It's a bit far for me in Kapahulu, but I'll definitely keep going! I've found another favorite restaurant.🙆♀️
