What are your shipping and return policies?

FREE SHIPPING on clothing, and the majority of surf accessories, anywhere in the United States except the United States Territories.

Hawaiian South Shore ships to all 50 states via Insured USPS.

Sorry, this offer does not include and is not limited to hard goods such as surfboards, bodyboards, and surf travel bags.

 

Do you ship to US  Territories 

Yes we ship to GUAM and PUERTO RICO , shipping fees do apply. 

 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. However, shipping rates will vary depending on the destination country. To calculate shipping costs, please add the items you want to purchase to your cart and enter your shipping address. The shipping cost will be displayed before you checkout. We are working with DHL to ensure the safest and fastest possible shipping at exceptional rates. 

Do I need to pay international duties? 

Yes, Tax and duty will be calculated  at the time of checkout. What are your payment options?

What types of surfboards do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of surfboards, including shortboards, mid-lengths, longboards, and fish surfboards. 

We also sell a variety of surfboard brands, including Firewire, Lost, JS Industries, Christenson, Sharpeye, Joel Tudor, Thunderbolt Technology, Kai Sallas, Ben Skinner, Harley Ingleby, CJ Nelson, Rob Machado, Kelly Slater. We are the largest dealer for all the Firewire board in Hawaii.

What brands of Shortboard Brand do you carry?

We are the Premier deal for Firewire Surfboards, we keep a very large stock of Rob Machado, Kelly Slater and Dan Mann boards. We’ve been working with Lost Surfboard since they first started back in ‘96. The  JS Industries boards we carried since early 2000 when it came directly from Australia.  Chris Christenson Surfboard is a premium hand-shaped board we are working closely with on exclusive shaped models.  

What Longboard Brand do you carry? 

For over 25 years we’ve been working with Joel Tudor. For Thunderbolt Technology we started working with them since day one and the tech is built into the  Harley Ingleby, which by the way is our #1 selling boards. Next is the CJ Nelson Mid length and longboard, also  Ben Skinner and last but not least Kai Sallas. 

 

I'm a beginner. Do you have any beginner boards? 

If you are a beginner surfer, you will want to choose a Soft Top surfboard that is long and wide. This will make it easier to paddle and catch waves.  

I’ve been surfing a soft top for a while now and I want to progress to a better board can you help me? 

We definitely can help you. Just give us a call and we can help you out or stop in we love to help you get into the board that will help you go to the next level.

The best time of year to surf on the Hawaiian South Shore is during the winter months, from November to April. During this time, the waves are larger and more consistent.
