It's Monday in Hawaii, and the weather is lovely 🩵

Dim sum that I sometimes crave.
There aren't many dim sum restaurants these days.
Chinatown's Legend is famous, but it's too big and ordering can be difficult 💦
This is the place, after all!!
I used to avoid it because there was always a line, sometimes for an hour 😩, but I wanted delicious dim sum. I only remember all the dim sum here being delicious, never a miss. What a memory, right 🤣

I was prepared for the wait.
Thursday, 11:30 AM. There were already people waiting outside 😩. I aimed for a weekday, but...
The inside is incredibly spacious, so it was quicker than I expected, about 20 minutes.
The style of this restaurant is that they take your order and bring it to you, so it's piping hot!
Surprisingly, some dim sum restaurants in Hawaii bring cold food 😱.
I think their spring rolls are the best in Hawaii. Other places are mostly vegetables, but these have plenty of shrimp and other ingredients 🩷. I even had a second serving.
It was my first time trying their tofu, and the black bean sauce was a perfect match!
Everything was delicious—
This place never disappoints.
And it's affordable! I don't mind waiting; I'll come again.
