In Hawaii, May 5th is not called Children's Day, but Boys' Day 🎏 And March 3rd is Girls' Day, so maybe it's equal for both boys and girls?

So, I love Japanese sweets, especially Kashiwamochi, but I can only buy them once a year in Hawaii 🥲 Only on Boys' Day.
From the morning, I went straight to Genkichi An in Ala Moana.
I resisted the sweet temptation of Cookie Corner and bought them!
Buy 4 and get 1 free. I'm weak for freebies 🤣 Of course, I bought 4 without hesitation.
They say they fly in from Japan every day ✈️ That's why they're so delicious.
