💊 Medicines recommended for Japanese people when feeling unwell during a trip to Hawaii 💊
Good morning. The rain☔ has stopped, but Hawaii this year is just so cold😨
The other day, the doctor asked me, "The flu is going around, do you want to get a vaccination?"
They don't usually ask me that... It must be really widespread😱
A strong ally when you feel unwell in Hawaii
I may have mentioned it before, but there are medicines recommended for Japanese people when they feel unwell in Hawaii👍
You can buy them at ABC Stores or Longs, but Longs has more variety and is cheaper‼️ This is quite an important point, isn't it?
Tylenol
It's famous as a pain reliever, but it also works for colds. Take 2 tablets at a time, with a 4-hour interval.
DayQuil (for day) / NyQuil (for night)
If you think your cold is quite bad, this is it‼️ It works so well that it's no exaggeration to say "it cures in one night."
The orange one is for daytime (doesn't make you drowsy), the nighttime one just helps you sleep well.
Ricola
When it comes to cough drops, this is it‼️ You can sometimes cure an incipient cold with this.
However⚠️ Don't take any type other than the one in this picture. It won't work🤣
Pepto (for nausea/diarrhea)
It works for nausea and diarrhea. It's quite thick.
One capful is enough. If you wait 30 minutes, you can take it again👌 You can keep taking it until you feel better.
Tums (for indigestion/overeating)
For indigestion and overeating. It tastes like ramune and is delicious🤣
It's fruit-flavored, and usually just one tablet is quite effective.
Summary
I hope this is helpful, but the best thing is not to have to use them.
