🥯The bagel shop that took the number one spot in the entire US is actually this shop in Hawaii🥯

🥯The bagel shop that took the #1 spot in the US is surprisingly this one in Hawaii🥯
🏆

It’s still chilly in Hawaii this morning, but the wind has stopped👍

@talisbagels

I remember hearing in the news before Christmas that
this shop actually became the champion🏆
in a bagel🥯 competition held in NY.

I knew about it and occasionally bought from there,
but they close early, so I stopped going and forgot about it💦

When it gets featured in the news in Hawaii,
everyone goes, and it gets incredibly crowded😱
I waited a bit and went last week, and…
What?! Sold out😱

This morning,
Me: "Are you hungry? But there are no bagels."
D: "It's 8 o'clock now, so I'll go buy some."

Heh heh heh😏
He fell right into my trap‼️👍

David will go buy them if I flatter him🎵
...I was singing that🤣
He knew it🤣

When I went with him, there were already so many people😱
10 people were lined up, and more started lining up behind them.
It's popular~.

We bought some for lunch and a dozen.
The old man in front of D also bought a dozen.
And he even said, "Give me a baker's dozen😱"!💦

How rude‼️
In America🇺🇸, a baker's dozen is 13 pieces,
but it's not always the case, and you ask for it yourself?

D also bought a dozen,
but he just said, "a dozen."

When I got home, I counted them just in case…
14 pieces?!
I counted twice, and it was 14 pieces✌️

Being modest really is better🤣
Maybe the old man's extra one got included🤣
