Lost Surfboards — In Stock Now
Four Lost surfboards are in stock this week, covering a wide range of wave conditions and surfer types. From the small-wave performance of the Sub Driver 3.0 to the mid-length versatility of the California Mid, Matt Biolos and the Lost team have shapes that work.
Lost Sub Driver 3.0 — Swallowtail PU
The Sub Driver 3.0 is designed for small to slightly overhead punchy waves — your easier-to-ride shortboard that excels where other performance boards fall short. The wide point set back creates a hip that makes the board easy to turn, while the low tail rocker keeps it fast down the line. A deep single to double concave with vee accelerates you through sections, and the board wraps around quickly when you put it on rail.
The swallowtail keeps width for speed while cutting surface area so the board still pivots. It provides drive and grip while retaining control, and the rail line creates a balanced fulcrum for effortless turns. Cole Houshmand and Kade Matson both rode this shape to qualify for the World Tour.
Lost Pisces — Poly
The Lost Pisces is the performance fish evolved — three years refining the RNF-'96 created a new species. It delivers tighter pocket turns than any fish you've ridden, carves perpendicular on the face with real control, and gives you fin-free control in the lip while skating across flats. It has the speed and stability of a fish with the precision of a shortboard.
Key design features include a pulled-in nose with added front rocker for easier wave entry, a deeper concave and curved rail rocker for pocket control, and a mellow wing aligned with front fins for precision turning. The 5-fin setup gives you Quad, Twin+2, Twin+1, Twin, or Thruster options. Born from 25 years of proven RNF design by Matt Biolos — ride it like your RNF-'96 or shortboard dims.
Lost The Ripper — Double Dart
Inspired by Kolohe Andino and the legacy of the Rad Ripper, The Ripper strips away '80s nostalgia for a cleaner, contemporary approach to small wave surfing. The modernized shape features a pulled-in nose and added rocker replacing the traditional beak nose, with re-foiled deck and rails for a more forgiving ride. The tail is thinner and boxier with a subtle hip for improved small wave performance.
The optimized bottom contours feature a low overall rocker with a single to double concave/vee tail, ensuring speed and ease of paddling with control for quick directional changes. Lightspeed Construction uses an EPS foam core wrapped in biaxial carbon fiber — lighter, more buoyant, and about 2 liters more float than traditional poly boards. Suitable for both casual and aggressive surfers.
Lost California Mid — Black Sheep
The Lost California Mid is a mid-length collaboration between Mark Richards and Matt "Mayhem" Biolos — built for surfers who want the speed and looseness of the CA-Twin with more paddle power and length underfoot. It surfs bigger than it looks and forgives more than a shortboard ever will.
This board is for surfers who've outgrown the daily fight but haven't given up on performance surfing. It meets the CA-Twin regular who wants more paddle power without changing how they surf, the intermediate surfer who wants a versatile board that rewards good positioning, and the experienced surfer scaling back from high-performance shapes but not ready for a traditional longboard. One board that handles a wide range of conditions.
FCS Fins & Deckpads — Restocked
A strong selection of FCS fins and deckpads is back in stock this week, including signature pieces from Harley Ingleby and Julian Wilson.
FCS II Thruster — Harley Ingleby Longboard
Harley Ingleby's XL template delivers speed and drive for powerful longboard surfers. The progressive flex pattern extends from base to tip, providing superior hold through turns. Designed for performance longboards, SUP surfing, and 2+1 configurations, these fins are compatible with most existing longboard fin boxes and require no plate, screw, or separate fin key. Signed by legendary World Longboard Champion Harley Ingleby.
FCS II Twin+Stabiliser — Mark Richards
Mark Richards' famous twin template produces exceptional drive and speed. The small stabilizer center fin adds control while maintaining the freedom and maneuverability of a twin fin set-up. Performance Core (PC) fins use a multi-layered resin transfer moulding process — the flex pattern extends progressively from base to tip, helping you maintain drive and hold through a turn. Recommended for fish, funboard, and twin fin boards.
FCS Deckpad — Harley Ingleby Eco Mid
Based on the popular T3 performance pad and designed with Harley Ingleby, the HI Eco Mid 5-piece traction pad suits a wide range of mid-length models. The HI Mid pad is longer than a traditional shortboard pad to accommodate increased back foot movement on longer mid-length boards — the back half has been pulled in to fit narrower tail shapes, with extra perforations for better sensitivity and reduced weight. Double Square Grooves at 45 degrees lock your foot in place during turns while still allowing easy foot adjustments.
FCS Deckpad — Julian Wilson Treadlite
Julian Wilson's signature 3-piece pad is designed for increased traction and reduced weight. Designed and tested in collaboration with world-class surfers, the FCS Athlete Series Traction range has rider-specific features for the ultimate in performance. The pad features Double Square Groove, trapeze arch bar, high tail kick, sanded surfaces for enhanced grip, ultra thin sensitivity, and channels for extra resistance.

Coming Soon: Thunderbolt Boards from Harley Ingleby & CJ Nelson
Thunderbolt boards are arriving soon. Reply to this week's Aloha Friday email to get first notice. Here's a preview of what's coming:
Harley Ingleby HIBT 3+3 — Thunderbolt Red
The first full Tolhurst x Ingleby collaboration — built from scratch with more R&D than any previous model. The 3+3 fin system lets you ride as a true quad, true twin, or asymmetrical setup, effectively giving you three boards in one shape. The tuned-up BT Twin rocker delivers exceptional speed and drive, and all sizes deliver fast, responsive performance even as a quad.
Harley Ingleby HI4 — Thunderbolt Red
The HI4 is Harley's go-to performance longboard for anything up to a bit over head-high faces. Wider all round with more plane shape curve between your feet, making it incredibly loose and easy to turn. The continual HP rocker with the last 6 inches flipped up means that despite the wider dimensions, it's still at home in the pocket. The even rocker, nose concave, and wider nose combination make the HI4 the easiest board to walk and nose ride of the HI series.
CJ Nelson Chameleon — Thunderbolt Black
A revolutionary longboard that defies categorization — the Chameleon blends the best of log and high-performance worlds, combining the knowledge of Ryan Engle and CJ Nelson. Performance rails and rocker enhance speed, responsiveness, and control. The wide nose provides stability and balance, while the unique tail design offers control and predictability at high speeds. The hybrid design adapts to various conditions and riding styles — from noseriding to carving turns.
CJ Nelson Parallax Plus — Thunderbolt Red
A classic long hull surfboard designed by CJ Nelson x Ryan Engle, inspired by Nat Young's performance during the summer of 1968 at Malibu. The Parallax Plus features more rocker, less roll, performance rail, and a modest two plus one fin setup. Delivers speed, power, and flow — comfortable for deep pocket turns and long open-face arcs, with balanced drive through sections and immediate response throughout turns. Compatible with thruster or quad fin setups.
