Proflex is Firewire's latest and most high-performance construction, developed in direct collaboration with Kelly Slater. Built around a Technora carbon cage, 6oz carbon, and basalt carbon tape, it's a sandwich construction engineered for critical, high-performance surfing — lighter than standard builds, stronger, and with controlled flex tuned specifically to Kelly's preference. The result is a board that feels broken in from the first session, not stiff like most carbon constructions. Currently available in the Spaceship, shaped by Kelly Slater and Mike Woo. Questions?
