Hawaiian South Shore: Return and Exchange Policy
Online Purchases:
- Return Window: If you are not completely satisfied with your Hawaiian South Shore Online purchase, you may return item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date for store credit.
- Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unwrinkled, unused, unaltered, uniron, and free from any odors, with all original tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Include the original receipt for verification.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued as store credit only; we do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: All surfboards and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy:
- Stock Availability: Exchanges depend on current stock availability. Before sending an item for exchange, please contact us at sales@hawaiiansouthshore.com with your order number to confirm availability and address any questions.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- Process: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at sales@hawaiiansouthshore.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please understand that our fulfillment system processes orders quickly, and changes cannot be made once an order has entered the shipping process.

All information submitted to Hawaiian South Shore Online is used solely for internal purposes. We do not sell or share customer information.
Sales Tax:
- Hawaii Orders: Sales tax of 4.712% applies to orders shipped within Hawaii.
- Out-of-State Orders: Orders shipped to other states are tax-exempt.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Replacement
Hawaiian South Shore is not responsible for replacing any items that have been used, lost, stolen, or otherwise compromised after the customer has received their order. This includes:
- Products that show signs of wear, use, washing, or alteration
- Items lost or stolen after delivery to the customer's provided address
- Products damaged due to improper use, care, or storage after receipt
- Items past the initial 15-day return window as stated in the policy above
Customers bear all responsibility for the proper use, storage and safekeeping of their purchased items once their order is complete. Hawaiian South Shore will not provide replacements or compensation for used, lost, or stolen goods for any reason. All sales are final after the allowed 15-day return period for eligible new and unused items only.

Shipping Policy:

- International Shipping: For international orders, we use either DHL or UPS International. Shipping fees are based on the total dollar amount ordered, ensuring accurate delivery.
