- Pick by trip: a sock or day bag for the drive to the beach; a travel or coffin bag for flights. Padding varies by model, so check each bag's Features tab.
- Pick by board count: single, double (board plus a backup), or a coffin for 2–5 boards.
- Pick by length: match the bag to your board length and check each bag's fit notes. Fins in or out changes the fit.
- Long airport walks? A wheeled coffin saves your shoulder.

What's the difference between a day bag and a travel bag?
Day bags carry one board (the HSS Daylight Deluxe 2.0 holds 1–2) with 5–10mm foam, for the drive to the beach. Travel and coffin bags carry 2–5 boards for flights and add features like dividers, compression straps and, on some models, 20mm side or bottom padding and wheels.
What size board bag do I need?
Match the bag to your board length and use the Boards Held filter to see how many boards each bag fits. Not sure it'll fit? Call us at (808) 597-9055 or email sales@hawaiiansouthshore.com with your board's length, width and thickness. We'll check the fit and send you a video showing how your board fits in the bag. This works for one board or two. Board bags are non-refundable and all sales are final, so please check the fit with us before you order.
How much is shipping and how does it ship?
Shipping depends on the bag, and you'll see the exact cost at checkout. Big wheeled travel bags ship FedEx door-to-door. You can also pick up your order at our Ward Ave shop. Need it by a certain date? Email sales@hawaiiansouthshore.com before you order and we'll let you know.
