Constructed with 1680D Ballistic Nylon, the same material used in police belts, motorcycle jackets, and rugged travel gear. This tough outer layer resists wear, friction, and UV exposure.

Layer 2: Impact Foam
We’ve sandwiched in a ¼-inch (6.4mm) foam layer, providing superior protection against pressure dings and minor impacts. It’s enough to cushion your board, but still slim enough to fit inside a larger board bag for travel.
