The TJ Pro is built for the stronger end of longboard surf — clean, punchy waves with real shoulder and power where you can load up turns, critical sections where you need the tail to hold, and bigger days when a performance longboard outperforms a traditional log. Its more aggressive bottom contours and added tail kick let it project hard through turns and handle steep drops that would overwhelm a cruiser. On small, soft days it still paddles and trims well, but this board comes alive when the surf has size and shape — which makes it a natural fit for the range of conditions Hawaii produces when swells stack up.

The TJ Pro is built around a single bottom contour that flows the length of the board. A light single concave runs through the nose for noseriding, transitions into a double concave underfoot for drive, and finishes with a slight vee out the tail to loosen the back end. That sequence feeds water cleanly from one rail to the other, which is what makes the board feel seamless through rail-to-rail transitions and drawn-out carves. Compared to the 900R it was developed from, the TJ Pro has more aggressive bottom contours and noticeably more kick in the tail — two design moves that let it release off the top and pivot in critical sections the way a high-performance longboard needs to. The rounded pintail sharpens control on rail and holds through powerful turns, while the performance rails give the board a shortboard-like response hidden inside a longboard body.

Ibolic Core with Volcanic Lamination: An EPS core built around an I-beam high-density foam stringer with parabolic high-density rails, wrapped in Volcanic lamination — a basalt fiber cloth woven from crushed volcanic rock. Combines the stiffness of Firewire's LFT construction with the flex and spring-back of Helium. More durable than carbon and tuned for elevated response.

• Stations in the states of Alaska and Hawai'i, operated by Alaska and Hawaiian Air Cargo: Storage fees will be assessed after five days, excluding weekends and holidays. Minimum charge: $40 per day
• Stations outside of Alaska and Hawai'i, operated by Alaska and Hawaiian Air Cargo: Storage fees will be assessed after 72 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Minimum charge: $40 per day
